HCR 23 Senator Mackie moved that the Senate adopt HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23. The question being: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 27, proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska concerning revisions of the state constitution and a courts power with respect to constitutional amendments and revision, pass the Senate?
